Come by TONIGHT to enjoy Inside Out 2 with our PTO! Join the silent auctions, buy some snacks, and kick off the weekend with a fun family film! Starting at 6pm, we'll have silent auctions and snacks available for you to join in on for even more fun! We hope to see you tonight!

To serve a nation is an honor and a challenge that not everyone is able to brave. To take the mantle of protecting our nation is to lay the stepping stones for the future. We take today to not only offer silence for those we've lost, but to also loudly thank all of our veterans!

Please make sure your students are coming in today! There IS school, despite Veteran's Day! There have been multiple inquiries on our website that got false responses due to the AI being incorrectly trained on the response.
Since our students are already having a nice early kickoff to their weekend with another day of classes from home, why not help support PTO with making your day even nicer with some Panera for dinner? Use code FUND4U when ordering between 4pm and 8pm to support ASE!

! SCHOOL IS CLOSED TODAY !
Due to difficult driving conditions, school is closed today, November 8th. As with yesterday, please check that your student is participating in remote learning and turning in their work - it counts as their attendance! If your student was incorrectly marked absent yesterday, please contact the front offices today to correct this information. Stay warm and enjoy your weekend, ASE!

! SCHOOL IS CLOSED TODAY !
Due to weather conditions and power outages in the city, students are to attend class online. For grades 5-12, please remember your students' Chromebooks have 5G LTE they can connect to if your home WiFi is out!

ASE will be on a 2-hour delay tomorrow due to weather conditions and forecast. If conditions worsen, there is still the possibility of cancellation. Please plan accordingly and keep an eye out for potential updates. Students will begin at 10am and staff/drop-off/breakfast will begin at 9:30. Thank you, and stay warm, Phoenixes!

!! ATTENTION STUDENTS AND FAMILIES !!
There has been a rumor spreading through the 7th grade stating one of our teachers has been fired for showing a film. While it's wonderful to see the students come together for a cause and to support a wonderful teacher, the basis of this is entirely a rumor. The teacher is not in any risk of reprimand, and far less risk of being fired. He has not been dismissed, and your students hopefully may rest easy knowing they will see him in class the rest of the school year!
(And yes, any homework for his class is still due!)

🎃 IT'S BACK! 🦇
Student Council & Leadership's Fall Festival will be THIS FRIDAY from 4:30-7pm in the Mid/High building. Walk the haunted hallway, play games, enjoy snacks, and show off your Halloween costumes! See what they've put together and all the hard work they've contributed!
Admission Wristband: $10/ea
Food Tickets: $1/ea or $3 for 5

Tomorrow, ASE is welcoming colleges across the state to meet our students! All high schoolers will be coming to the gym to see them - be sure your student is in attendance tomorrow to get a kick start to their college plans! It's never too early or late to start!

A big thanks to all staff, students, and families that came for our vaccine clinic provided by Smith's Pharmacy! We appreciate our families staying healthy and staying on top of shots during sick season!

It's sick season, which also means it's time to update vaccines and get your annual shots! Stay healthy and stop by the Mid/High Gymnasium TOMORROW for your shots! Students and families are all invited to get vaccinated for all sorts of illnesses. Hope to see you there!

Prospective ASE Families! We're grateful for the enthusiasm for next year's enrollment, but we do have to ask you please wait until our lottery applications open on December 1st! Tours also will begin in December, available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Until then, please feel free to reach out to us on our website with any other questions you may have in the meantime!
